Process Database Audit and Update

• Audit Process Database to identify work elements that are not performed in the selected operation.
• Elements that are performed in the operation and not reflected in the process database are identified and allocated to the correct operation.
• •Provide a to/from report for all processes, elements, parts, and tools that were moved to accommodate allocation updates.}
• •Ensure that Process Database matches the Operator Instruction Sheets.

Discrepancy Report

The report includes the following:

• Missing part numbers - Incorrect quantities of parts used
• Missing tools or fixtures.
• •Missing work elements.

Final Report

After the report is complete, the revised Process Database is printed out and appended to the original Process Database. These sheets have the original field notes and are then archived by client.
